With i-Akaun, Members can perform below actions anytime and anywhere:
- Check current and previous EPF statements
- Check withdrawal application status and history
- Check nomination information
- Estimate the eligible amount for withdrawals, savings and investments
- Update profile including correspondence address
- Check current EPF contribution transactions
- Check i-Akaun activities log
- Request for e-Withdrawal
So how do we register for i-Akaun? There are 2 methods to do i-Akaun registration:
- Visit any EPF Kiosk or Counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code by bringing your MyKad or
- Contact the EPF Call Centre at 03-89226000 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
You have to activate your i-Akaun within 90 days using the Activation Code obtained from the registration. To activate, you just need to click on i-Akaun Activation at the KWSP website.
Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) is now used for certain transactions in i-Akaun to ensure data security. For example, when you forget your User ID or Password, you can get the TAC via SMS when you use the Forgot User ID/ Password function. If you registered for i-Akaun previously but did not register your mobile phone number, you can always register or update your mobile phone number the same method like how you registered for i-Akaun.
