PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go Card

PLUSMiles is a customer loyalty program developed by PLUS Berhad to reward highway users who use PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card for toll payment. PLUSMiles is open to all residents of Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand who are 18 years old and above.

With PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card, highway users can:

1. Get 5% toll rebate for total monthly toll usage of RM 100 and above at PLUS*, ELITE, BKE and LINKEDUA* highways.
2. Get PLUSMiles Points for total monthly toll usage of less than RM 100 at highways mentioned above.
3. Enjoy more savings with instant discounts up to 30% at participating PLUSMiles merchants.

*Excluding Bukit Kayu Hitam Toll Plaza, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Toll Plaza, Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza and Penang Bridge.

PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go card can be used at all highways and other service providers like a normal Touch ‘n Go card for all vehicle classes. However, entitlement for 5% PLUSMiles Toll Rebate and Points Rewards are only applicable to Private Vehicle Class 1 only and at the highways mentioned above.

PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card price is RM 10. You can purchase the PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card at any PLUS Customer Service Centre along PLUS highway, at selected Petron (Esso and Mobil) stations and selected retail outlets.

Users have to register the PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card at PLUSMiles portal in order to enjoy all benefits and rewards offered by PLUSMiles Program. Please take note that the transactions made on selected date where the festive rebate is given will be excluded from normal PLUSMiles 5% Toll Rebate and Points Reward.

Touch 'n Go Toll Rebate

Sinar Harian reported that an estimated RM 49 million in rebates for Touch 'n Go and SmartTAG users have gone unclaimed since 2009. The Malay daily revealed that many consumers were unaware that there were rebates to be claimed, while some said that the process was too complicated and did not bother to claim them.

The toll rebates are usually given to Touch 'n Go and SmartTAG users during festive seasons like Merdeka, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Deepavali, Chinese New Year, Christmas and so on.

In addition, for frequent travellers who perform at least 80 toll transactions a month with Touch 'n Go or SmartTAG, 20% toll rebate would be given at that month. This program started on 1st September 2009 and open to all private owned Class 1 vehicles using Touch `n Go and SmartTAG for toll payment.

There are two methods to check your rebate entitlement:

1. Just bring your Touch `n Go card to any sales and service counters to check your rebate entitlement and redeem  the available rebates.
2. Register your card online and check your rebate entitlement at your convenience before visiting the counter.

The rebate value is given as reload value for your Touch `n Go card only and cannot be claimed as cash. It is valid for 6 months. You can enjoy this rebate program together with other existing rebate program or discount schemes.

Toll Discount for Deepavali & Awal Muharram

School holidays start today in Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu while Deepavali and Awal Muharram fall on next week. Many people are taking leaves to go back to hometown or travel within Malaysia. Here's the good news for all who are travelling!

24 highways will offer toll discounts and rebates while 5 highways will slash toll rates in conjuction with Deepavali and Awal Muharram holidays.

Rebates (20% on Deepavali, 10% on Wednesday and Awal Muharram) will be given to Class 1 motorists who use Touch-n-Go or SmartTag on below highways:

1. North-South Expressway (PLUS)
2. North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite)
3. Seremban-Port Dickson Highway (SPDH)
4. Kulim-Butterworth Highway (KLBK)
5. Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway (Linkedua) 

Meanwhile, 20% discount will be given on all toll rates for cash and Electronic Transfer Card (ETC) from 6am on Tuesday until 6am on Wednesday:

1. Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH)
2. Shah Alam-Kuang Highway (Guthrie)
3. Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA)
4. SMART Highway 

10% discount will be given from 11am on Monday until 8am on Tuesday for:

1. New North Klang Straits Bypass (NNKSB) 

10% discount will be offered to motorists on Tuesday (12am to 11.59pm):

1. Cheras-Kajang Highway (Grandsaga)
2. KL-Putrajaya Highway (KLP)
3. Senai Desaru Expressway (SDE)
4. New Pantai Expressway (NPE)
5. Sungai Besi Expressway (Besraya)
6. Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS)
7. Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE)
8. Shah Alam Highway (KESAS)
9. KL-Karak Highway (KLK)
10. East Coast Highway Phase 1 (LPT 1)
11. KL-Kuala Selangor Highway (LATAR)
