A : Package will be delivered between 09:00-17:45 hours on working days, and between 09:00-12:30 hours on Saturdays. There will be no deliveries on Sunday or public holidays.

A：All Xiaomi packages are in perfect condition and are sealed at the Warehouse before they are shipped to you.  Please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage,or if the package has been opened during transit. If you are concerned about the condition of the package, please do not sign to accept delivery. Simply hand it back to the courier and we will replace the items for you. Please note that it will take a few days for us to arrange a redelivery. A：No, we can only deliver to an address not to a PO Box. Someone must sign for acceptance of the package at the delivery address.

A：Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In casewhere an order has been delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email.
