Where do I register a Mi Account?
You can register for a Mi account at www.mi.com/my.
Can I use a Mi Account registered with other country's Xiaomi site?
If you have previously registered a Mi account on a separate site, you can still use it for purchases on Malaysia site. There is no need to register again.
Do I need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay?
No. Non-PayPal account holders may pay by their credit/debit card by selecting the second option.
Which cards are accepted?
PayPal accept Visa/MasterCard credit and debit card. Other card types which are available for the country where you are based will be shown on the PayPal payment host page.
Why have I been charged with an extra USD 1?
The USD 1 charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal. To verify that the buyer’s credit/debit card is in good standing, a temporary USD 1 charge might appear in buyer’s transaction history.
Why was my credit/debit card refused?
There are several reasons why your credit card payment didn’t go through. If you know your card is valid but your payment still doesn’t go through, we suggest you try another credit card. Please also ensure that all your card information is correct.
